TradAstro provides specialized technical calculation and data visualization utilities founded on classical Western astrology methodologies. This includes natal chart wheels, essential dignity matrices, Firdaria chronologies, varied progressive/return wheels, electional scanning windows, and multi-layered life theme modeling. Selected outputs include rule-based textual delineations intended exclusively for educational reference and self-exploration.

We reserve the right to refine feature offerings, computational parameter displays, or layout configurations to maintain operational integrity. Core tools are provided primarily on a complimentary basis; if advanced premium additions launch in future periods, they will feature transparent structural pricing listed clearly on the platform.

You assume full responsibility for ensuring that all inputted birth metrics, geographic locations, and email records are completely accurate and legally authorized. You are responsible for independently cross-checking calculation variations resulting from faulty input. Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing this platform for illicit activities, harassment, copyright infringement, malicious script injections, automated scraping/crawling campaigns, or attempting unauthorized access to separate user databases. We reserve the right to restrict or ban offending accounts or source IP ranges immediately.

Astrological outputs rely entirely on user-provided time inputs and geographic markers, which dictate underlying coordinate transforms and time-zone translations. Distinct software variations exist regarding house calculation models, aspect orb parameters, and specific lineage techniques; our platform does not guarantee total calculation parity with external third-party software applications. Astrological outputs must never be used as a singular foundational source for major material life choices (see Disclaimer).

The user interface layouts, custom text delineations, unique product workflows, logic engines, and brand emblems remain the property of TradAstro and are protected under copyright and international intellectual property legislation. Unauthorized replication, distribution for commercial exploitation, or reverse-engineering to construct derivative competitive applications is strictly prohibited. Core astronomical algorithms and traditional doctrine remain public domain knowledge, but our specific implementation, layout design, and narrative formatting are protected.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend system accessibility to complete required server upgrades, core maintenance, or to address technical calculation service (L1) issues or force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to announce interruptions via interface status updates or health check indicators. To the extent permitted by law, we assume no liability for indirect operational impacts caused by technical downtimes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Astrological reports are engineered for cultural research and personal reflection only, and do not constitute professional advice. TradAstro, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to access our services.

The interpretation, construction, and enforcement of these Terms shall be governed strictly by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of law principles), unless mandatory consumer protections in your local jurisdiction dictate otherwise. Any relational disputes shall first be addressed through amicable negotiation. Should settlement efforts fail, disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the courts of law possessing competent jurisdiction where the platform operator resides.
